The beauty of my beast

Whilst she tossed away,
The vegetables on the wok,
Hair tied up in a messy bun,
Pacing her tiny stature around,
Ruling her very own kingdom,
And Serving the people of the nation,
Thawing the meat,
With her secret sauce,

The tyrant in her,
Forces her to lift her rolling pin,
For we refuse to gulp down,
The sometimes tasteless meal,

Oh how I could fall in love with that woman,
All over again,
For she is the one,
That takes away my pain,

When my bodily weather is low,
Her energy is instantly high,
As she sits the night,
Cold compressing me with a drooping eye,

Oh how I could fall in love with that woman,
All over again,
For she is the one,
That takes away my pain,

Babbling throughout the day,
How the neighbourhood aunty may,
Create some unwordly nuisance,
Whilst forgetting
Her very own prudence,

Oh how I could fall in love with that woman,
All over again,
For she is the one,
That takes away my pain,

The only time one wishes to lend her their ears,
The time she opens her mouth,
A melodious voice escaping her soft supple lips,
And the ragas dancing their very own ballet,
Ringing one's ears,
And finally serving a beautiful purpose,
Instead of the mayhem they cause,
Once she turns into a gossip monger,

Oh how I could fall in love with that woman,
All over again,
For she will always be the one,
Who takes away my pain.........
